Criminal-defence work on this website
Working method
The first task is to identify procedural status, the authority acting, the decision or power being used, the next deadline and the evidence already recorded. An arrested person, accused person, witness and victim have different rights and obligations. Advice should be based on the actual document and stage rather than a label supplied by telephone.
In arrest and detention matters, immediate priorities include access to counsel, understandable communication, medical needs, preservation of the arrest record and preparation for the first court review. In search and evidence matters, authorization, scope, inventory, chain of custody, device access and the complete context of communications may need separate examination.
For companies and international clients, representation may also require coordination with directors, employees, foreign counsel, interpreters, technical experts or consular officials. Those roles are distinct: a consulate is not defence counsel, and company and individual interests must be assessed before information is shared.
No outcome promise
CriminalLawyers.ge does not publish a success percentage or promise a result. Outcomes depend on the facts, admissible evidence, current law, procedural decisions and the court. The useful commitment is to accurate status mapping, timely work and a defence strategy grounded in the record.
Contact and confidentiality
For a new enquiry, use the website operator’s contact routes. Sending a message does not itself create a lawyer–client relationship. Conflict, availability, scope and engagement checks are required before representation begins.
